1. ForYourArt Loves Bruce Nauman: Leave the Land Alone

    ForYourArt worked with Pasadena’s Armory Center for the Arts to celebrate a public art project by Bruce Nauman, first envisioned by the artist in 1969 but never realized. A sculpture in the form of skywriting, the work consisted of an airplane spelling out the words “LEAVE THE LAND ALONE” in smoke above Brookside Park in Pasadena. The project, curated by Andrew Berardini, kicked off the Armory Center’s exhibition Installations Inside/Out devoted to twenty years of installation art.
